Early safety results won't be available until after the second patient in the first cohort has been treated and monitored. At this stage, we have had no indication that a second patient is ready for dosing - they can only be dosed >6 weeks after the first patient. The earliest that results will be available would be August. As these will be results for the lowest dose, safety should be assured and so investors would be expecting no less. This means that that pps is not certain to rise significantly upon the announcement, however, given the gross undervaluation of the stock, anything could happen.
