When I was a young un I had a mate who was an oldtimer who, when he was a young un knew the old timers who prospected the Gympie Field. Lot of blokes made their pile out of Gympie and sat it out in nice houses in the big smoke down south.
Then there were the prospectors who made their pile out of alluvial in New Guinea - big hydraulic stuff. Lot of them took wives and made their mark on the Gold and Sunny Coasts.

But mate watch what you say on HC - never mention a bloke's name or moniker - or the high flying eagles will swoop. They, the ones who make the gold today !! Say what you like about companies - so long as they have 10 members you can't defame them.
