Main Points: 1/3 of the People side with the Restarts. Court judgement could be handed down this month and is the final step before the restarts.
The question is will the Courts sympathise with the people at the sacrafice of the Japanese economy? Apparently it happened in May last year, causing the restarts to be delayed till at least this year.
My opinion is that you can't keep delaying the inevitable. Restarts are on the way. DYOR.
