Sorry Red, but the facts are 1 . "NO SALES" (1ML of note) 2. Cap. raise no2 ("no need for further funds'). What ever happened to the dude in India? 3. Spike before "gimme more" 2nd raise. 4. 2nd cap raise not fullfilled, could have taken more, but run out of takers. 5.The high class dudes they have hired over the last 12 months ,has not worked (one dude ,even did the "cash & carry" job.6. The most generous options i have ever seen "gifted"to any one?7 Developing a cred. problem! 8.The s.p is below what it was in 09.9.Milestone after milestone (lamp post after lamp post) being hit!! 10 "NO SALES" "NO SALES" "NO SALES" They always use the words "in discussions" , never "in negotiations" I am a "nark" , but have i missed something???? 11. At the stage now even with multi million dollar sales,might not cover expenses!!!
