new article

there is a new AI article which begins:
"Dammipi Noupokou, Togo’s mines and energy minister, is preparing to announce the results of a contest for the concession to extract 2 billion tons of carbonated phosphates by the end of this year."

i am pretty confident that this is very close to being announced. will be interesting how the contract is awarded by my money is a split of the resource/duties as previously discussed here.

i think that would be a very good result for bmb, a big asset with less outlay would add value imo.
