In attempting to make excuses on behalf of many failed managements, your time frame is all over the place.
First it's 2 - 6 months.
Now it's 12 months.
Hindsight has made some investors the supreme experts.
Again, this trial began in 2006, and at the time, was pumped up to be the "next big thing".
"When recruitment hits 100% that sets off a 1 year countdown..."
Hang on a minute.
I continually see cut & pasted broker reports here that have suggested that trials would be concluded in 2014. The suggestion being, FDA approval in 2014, probably in some vein attempt to pump up the price.
LOL, as if the broader market pays any attention to HC.
