Semantics but these are two quotes. One from the OTC site and one from the Avita Website.
"OTCQX is a U.S. marketplace for companies already listed on a qualified international stock exchange." and Avita puts on their website "Listed on the OTCQX International Marketplace in the US (AVMXY)" The OTCQX is a U.S. market place that has it's own set of listing requirements.
