One thing that I don't understand is that some seem to fault current management for issues with the Phase III trial. This trial was designed and set in motion by the predecessors to Bill Dolphin and his people. They inherited it, just like Rooney and the new chairman. Short of setting people on fire outside of recruitment centers there is nothing that Avita can do to speed up the trial. Like us, they are essentially stuck with it. The alternative would be they scrap the trial and start fresh, that won't go over well with the market.

If NICE gives Avita a thumbs up that will be a milestone. I'm 60/40 on how that decision would go. I've seen NICE approve treatments that they probably shouldn't and then deny others that they clearly should allow.
