This will have leave a bitter taste in the mouths of the mining industry for a while. It will be interesting to see how the Congo Govt responds - there will be a lot of people wanting concrete responses about their tenements and tax regimes.
The silver lining?
A 15% bigger holding in Anvil than I had three days ago at a price I thought I'd never see again.
