    Well, RAID will certainly have played a part in the background to all this.

    They were shown to have been wrong re the Kilwa incident, so have been working to undermine investment in other ways.

    I hope one day someone does the story on the damage that RAID and its kind do, and what their real agendas are.
    Their agenda may well suit the agenda of the Chinese.
