Red, I'd save the $30. If you call the administrator and ask nicely, they should be able to email you a copy.
The only two matters that can be considered at the first meeting of creditors in a VA is the appointment of a committee of creditors and the replacement of the administrator. Given this meeting is very early in the process there is little meaningful information available.
The administrators forthcoming report to creditors will contain a thorough analysis of the current financial position of the company and the options going forward for creditors.
