    VVS,

The e-mail from Ben has nothing to do with the voluntary administrator.

As the directors are out of the picture during voluntary administration, it was an e-mail from one shareholder to other shareholders that he happens to have had dialogues with over time. Whilst it is private and confidential, let's just say that there was nothing underhanded, privy or secretive contained in it, and it was in terms of ways to possibly move forward from a shareholder point of view (hopefully that doesn't breach the private and confidential bit).

Whilst it is a bit redundant given that things now have a decent chance of moving forward, if you really want a copy then you need to request one from Ben. His contact details remain as they were (if you've not previously contacted him, check historic ASX releases if required) other than the Polartechnics head-office number, which has obviously been disconnected.

    Cheers.

p.s. I forgot to mention it, but a very good sign is that Rob Hunter personally paid for the annual listing fees, which is why PLT still appears on the ASX. If you look at the last ASX release, there was a warning notice, but they didn't follow it up with a "you're gone" notice like they did with ABC Learning, Allco, VCR, DES etc. It shows that he's serious about trying to keep the company running, and even more importantly as a public company
