    they clearly don't have the cash nor would be able to raise the capital via traiditonal means to settle the property transaction

    DFS is still within their Q2 timefrime. but who gives a F about the DFS.. so what.. have anyone actually seen a stock multi-bag, hell, even move 100% off a DFS? nope. Even a 100% move, plenty of investors would still be underwater.

    sell the company $90-110/oz. !!!!!!!!
