Cougar, I got into NMS because I thought it would be worth many multiples of $1 in a few years time....

Having said that, at this point in time $1.20 is a very good offer to get the ball rolling... MRM rejected the P&O initial offer as they had increased earnings over the quarter... if what I suspect earnings will be over the next few quarters is correct, NMS, MBL & all current shareholders can keep rejecting offers until it reflects a value relevant to our GROWTH!

Each and every quarter from here on will continue to move the bar up.

Hopefully we won't have to worry about this, and NMS is allowed to become a monster like Cal-dive....
