And it has already raised money.

Do remember that the iron ore price has nearly DOUBLED from the lows when the 1st installment was made, based on what they thought was going to happen for the year. The same people who cut back on mine expansion plans and then started them back up once the price rebounded.

Doesn't raise any money ROFL all the way home.
