A good thought moon , we sailed home from the Western Front a victor and our place in history well marked . Billy Hughes ensured we had a voice when the treaty was put together . This ensured our rights over Papua , Cocos etc .

But what about the day Gillard & co were successful in gaining a temp seat in the UN ? We were going to change / shape the world . What a day and guess what ? When our vote was needed ..... we abstained !!!

Guess who we just beat to gain that seat ? We , one of the great nations of the world only just got there (after throwing around millions of $$$'s) in front of Rwanda !!!!
