Hi Buckland, sorry but I am truly just a bit confused. Assuming we are both loosely defining the term "spin" in the same way, I just cant pick it up from the few interviews and statements made by either Hopper or Baker. Would be grateful if you can point out examples as would assist my DD.
Accusations of lack of action on their part I can sort of get (but dont agree with) from the perspective of frustrated LT's seeing the value of their wager diminished, but that is a different matter really.

Are you suggesting they need to be tested with regards admin timeliness ?
