You won't get any meaningful traction with the offer at 27:1, you may on the other hand at 20:1, but you may have to end up making it 15:1

With the recent revelation that DLS prospects held together with Beach in the Cooper are fundamentally worth lots more than thought, the last scenario above may need to be put forward in order that the right camp succeeds
