There is a clear implication in such a statement that the company's failure to achieve its goals is a fait accompli, and I cannot see the basis for concluding this?

I accept that your opinion may be that you doubt the capacity of the company to succeed in it's plans for the next couple of years, but to totally dismiss the possibility of at least partial success seems unreasonable.

There are some who see their investment in CCC as being a longer term one. Are you that confident in your analysis that you think that by mid to late 2012 all this company will have is 'an ambitious business plan"?
