My sincere apologies Mikayla. I too received an email of notes from someone at the GM, and when I first read it I got the impression that some of the specifics were told to this person in private. On second reading it appears as though everything you have mentioned in this thread was bundled together in a presentation by JB before the the resolutions were voted on at the GM.
