We know the basics.
We have another 20-30M into the coffers in short time(lets hope) and we have a big wad of project/working capital with the new/lower rate funding.
Hopefully Vanmag will be settled soon one day too!!!
It looks to me like this BBBEE cash will probably be used to settle the Mashala transaction which from memory required just under $20M to settle.

With any kind of luck this is the last of the financial hoccus poccus and they will finally get on with what matters most,pulling export thermal out of the ground!!!
On the EDF payout it seems prudent to pay this out if it is going to tie up thermal export revenue/profit better spent elsewhere IF THE CASE.
I suppose the biggest negative,and the thing those daily churners will love,is that we have another month to wait for the Penumbra cash.I see the BBBEE agreement is set for completion BY August.Seems to me this is all being timed/structured around the consolidation/AIM listing.
Anyone get the feeling this is all being done with bigger fund positions perhaps being contingent on all this coming together.Todays annmnts SHOULD go a long way to derisking their longer term aspirations WHEN these agreements are signed off on.
