I had a first pass look at your STB. I am not overly excited. The tone of the company should start at the top. The director is mining the public not the ground. His salary now is about right for a non profit making company and I would have no quarrel with options granted above current market price -- then you get genuine incentive. Could be wrong but these options will be expensed through the profit and loss account. There is low cash at bank so I smell a capital raising coming which is why we have all announcements. Plenty of good announcements coming to the market so the share price has moved up but it really is early days and the 5 year period to BFS for Terminator tells you this. Air core drilling results are the least reliable so all this work will have to be confirmed again with DD. The best share to buy will have little HC traffic, certainly less than 5 posts a day -- in fact a sure sell signal is when there are 22 posts per day.
So in short if you like the stock I think I would sit back and wait for a really BAD market day sometime in the next 2 years and catch what falls out at a deep discount.
