Experience and a stable solid management team is crucial.

Plenty of great projects have been 'stuffed' by a poor group of managers with little or no experience.

To have someone with Barries experience walk away from what should be great project is a major concern imo.
They need every bit of experience availiable to help 'curry' investment support. In addition to this the process of exploration, environmental approvals and hopefully mining would surely benefit from someone whos spent 30 yrs in the industry.

The silence from the company regarding recent events has been deafening.
