My reading of this exodus is that geology definition / identification is but one part of business and somewhat completed. Unfortunately, previous regime seemed to have overlooked consulting TOs and have paid price for oversight (as per last announcement - 21/02/201).

I bought into GOT on understanding that company mgment had successfully completed negotiations with TOs and merely had to confirm resource in place. Seems I was somewhat ill/mis-informed about true state of development. So I have little sympathy for those shown door.

So lets wait for current developments/negotiations + marine habitat survey (due any time) and see whether this phoenix can rise from ashes. Personally - I suspect it will but path forward will require diplomacy and people skills - characteristics seemingly lacking in previous mgment.
