30c? 50c? Oppies have just been converted to shares. That's dilution. The SP goes down, not up.

At 20c with 72m shares, MC is $14.4m. If all 7.5m oppies are converted, it'll put an extra $900k in the bank. Let's say the market now values them at $15.5m, but there are now 79.5m shares, that equates to a value of 19.5c per share.

Personally, I don't think the market will revalue them to take into account the extra cash. I think many will have invested more money in this that they would have liked so there'll be a dump once people get their holding statements.

50c with almost 80m shares on issue is a MC of 40m. How can that become true when they have nothing? Not to mention that these guys aren't the fastest movers or the market believes they will go to mine.

They may have convinced Conglin with some rock chips, but when the drill results failed, they lost credibility. How can they say "previous results were not well understood"?
1000ppm is 0.1% in my book. No where near LYC, ARU or PEK with their 3-5% TREEY.

If it wasn't for Conglin coming back in the 2nd time, this thing was heading to 4c. If they fail to find something again, look out. With more shares available, there'll be a massive dump for strike 2. You don't get strike 3 in this game.

So lets say they finish drilling by late Sept. At the rate they get assay results back, we'll be looking at Xmas 2011 again for some reliable indicators of what is down there.

A whole year to wait for a few more holes. Meanwhile, your money does nothing and they still get paid a salary.
