Companies have claims against their income and good accountancy can be good for ATO tax deduction
How many dollars in carry over tax losses from the company do you think Vonex may have from previous years and management??
Telcowiz, even the television is advertising that the ATO will give all business under $5million turnover a immediate tax loss of up to $20,000 if the company buy this financial year ( before June 30th )
That purchase ( maybe a computer, printers etc ) then becomes a company asset and when sold the company will pay tax on the selling price.
A loss does not mean what it really is in a lot of cases.
