    Look like they cant get this project over the line. They keep downsizing it and even what they release they have to retract.'"highest grade potash deposits anywhere in the world, If they were then they would have been bought out! I suspect the best bet would be to sell it to the Chinese who seem to have the capital for these kind of projects
