I've re-read the Appendix 3 a couple of times and added it up. I think they've worded it funny in their presentation. At the moment they have roughly 1.8 billion shares on issue, but come February they will have 2.8 billion SOI when the other shares are released from escrow. Maybe ASX is adding that on already?
