A substantial re rate is in the offing here.
Mobecom has been completely decontructed and now reconstructed into Gratifii with a big footprint through the Mosaic platform into the huge growth market of Loyalty Management.
The opportunistic Neat Idea acquisition is EBIT positive already and will turbo charge the opportunities for new mosaic sales. The Neat Idea business was initially hammered by covid but is now back on the upswing. This was a low risk acquisition and has huge upside on so many levels.
The next quarterly will be very interesting with about 6 weeks of Neat Idea sales thrown into the pot.
I am expecting further announcements re contract wins along the way. Big momentum here.
