fourteen days till "in principal agreement" is formalised in writing.

I have been out of centro for a few weeks now concentrating on my bbp, but took a little profits there and bought back my principal amount in cer.

I think if you read the announcements re loans, Cnp will not be permitted to give dividends whilst this new loan is in place (If I read the last paragraph right). However there is no such covenant on cer although both announcements re no divis just stipulate no half year divi for period ending 31.12.08.

If cnp are precluded from paying divis for 3 years and cer are able to pay divis then cer share price will outstrip cnp by multiples, I think.

Any other ideas how this should be taken.
