Interested in what others think of the assumed market shares (assuming drugs are successful)for Neuren of
- Retts 20%
- Fragile X 10%
Seems low if the have/are likely to attract orphan drug status?
Note this is independent of probability of success which is estimated at 14.5% (for both). I would have thought the probability of success might be lower but the assumed market share if successful should be higher?
