I don't really understand the markets reaction to the deal.
BET was pumping because this deal was in the waters and when it comes out, it deflates 40%..
what did the deal look like in fantasy land?
in all honesty when the previous offer was 4bn what could BET offer other than serious dilution to marry into TAB?
really don't know what people expected. I hope this deal doesn't go forward and the share drops enough to buy more.
believe in the core business. think TAB can die it's slow death as it has for many years. we don't need it and we will be stronger without bleeding energy into it.
