    25 mill is for director Mr M Veverka's which are from the sale of the last 20% of the Jumbomall business entity that controls the Jumbomall business, happened in July 2003. JUM now own 100% of that entity. Veverka now holds a little over 74mill of 223mill total shares on issue..about 1/3rd.
