If Skafel (Merchant Bankers) had made this bid earlier there chances of succes would have been much much higher....still will most likely need to raise it to be succesful as Antofagasta are willing to pay.83 to be onboard and this is most likely the prefered option of Tethyan directors etc as they retain control of the project. Time will tell.
