$7 bucks for COA, get real!!!!

on past performance COA arn't worth $7.00

but if you want an instant 20% market share ,and can get ACCC approval then in the market sector(s) that COA operates in and given the current and forecast enviroment, potential bidder(s) might have little choice but to pay the price! and reluctantly bid UP!

like most things in life you only get what you pay for! and like most things in life where you only really get one chance to get it right, here's a third and possibly fourth opportunity

personally i'd rather see the bidder(s) have a closer look at other stocks ie.BOL(last trade $2.76) AND TBG(last trade $1.75)

any bids now must surely be on a cum divi basis,as the stock has now gone ex divi so the whole process starts a fresh and the starting base will be $6.51(ie. 6.40 prevously declined plus 11 cents divi just announced) as the board declined the last offer

$6.75 might see COA finally change hands as this will equate to stakeholders getting their last divi just declared plus approximately the next 6mths divi paid in advanced! without any risk.

interesting to note that one of the reasons the board knocked back the last bid was beacuase they were considering their long term stakeholders and the positions of other third party's (ie.hedge funds and others)
