    inmho only a small chance that bid will not succeed.The european hedge funds (blugold, ubs) have been increasing their holdings since the announcement and UBS is a substantial holder of AGO as well. I would have thought that the insto's have been consulted and given their blessing. the top twenty hold at least 60% by now.
