On that day, PDN closed at $10.01 with a high of $10.25, probably no different than today, although PDN may trade perhaps lower.

However, share prices of U companies have risen considerably since then and would have risen at least 18%, the improvement on the previous PDN offer.

Still, every investor is entitled to take whatever action on this matter. There are risks whatever decision is made.

I don't think that PDN may get more than 15% of the shares, if that. That is just my opinion; of course, such a percentage will crimp the number of the remaining SMM shares.
