OK - maybe I'm dense, but if the announcement was actually good, then can somebody explain why (a) those obviously in the know over the last 4 days have aggressively sold PDN down PRIOR to the announcement being made public (disgraceful), and (b) the market thinks the announcement is crap - down bigtime today here, and currently down over 8% in Canada?
What am I missing here?
