It could be some sort of consortium and may involve those parties already interested in Afferro...namely IMIC and AIOG...

As document before in a thread started by Westcott headed something like "Affero run for the hills" management should be very cautious in dealing with companies that may have the same self interest and questionable structure as Howlong especially when they are smaller in size than the company they are attempting to take over...

Why would 20cents get SDL now when GC has come out and said that SDL is more valuable now than when Howlong made their bid...
