the technology is there but they haven't yet been able to build critical mass and cashflow is too patchy. they have to nail the tata deal as big deals in this space are few and far between. the US policy is great but will it trickle down to ACE? - they need a JV tie-up or a distribution deal to a big US manufacturer / supplier. then that will really move the stock. until then it's simply battling away.
