You normally put up your poster at the beginning of the conference, but if there is a lot of posters sometimes they split the time slots into two. For a 3 day conference of this size I doubt they will split the poster session so the poster should go up tonight.

Traders if you want an edge contact one of the Ph.D students at the conference and get them to send you a photo of the poster as there is the chance that the poster will go up before the announcement. You could even go one better and get the student to interview whoever is presenting the poster and get more inside information on the data.
