To me this, together with the timing of it, indicates that it is a new code for the OA options that are not taken up by the option holders and which revert to the underwriters. It is a means by which the underwriters can hold, sell or trade in the options that they receive without having to instantly take them up and possibly dump the resulting shares on the market all at once. If this is the case, it may have been written into the underwriting agreement, a sensible thing to do.
