you can bet every question to building a house has been asked sorted and approved imo, who in their right mind would spend 50 million dollars and put in all those hours to build HX without sorting out the basics and most important requirements that builds a house, those questions would have been the first things discussed with experts and worked out before HX was even started . Your not going to build a machine and then the building codes prohibit you from building because they haven’t been address would you ? As you said still a gamble untill we see binding contracts .
