Talking about making an assumption without a shred of evidence. There is no shred of evidence that points to this young fella being a building inspector. He looks more like an intern, or a junior contract administrator. Look at his shoes, it doesn't look to be PPE compliant safety boots? Poor kid probably got dragged out to site last minute.
