Not odd at all.

Mexico is a massive market with many areas where people would be happy to pay a premium for a house built by Hadrian.

I am sure that people in Mexico face the same issues as down under when it comes to cheaper homes.

They are mass produced and very often plagued with construction issues that don't show up until the person moves into the house.

I believe that Hadrian will build homes that will be more or less perfect due to the fact that we have (almost) removed the potential for human errors. Hadrian is programmed by humans so there will still be a potential for human errors.

Well, guess we all have to wait until the groundbreaking announcement when share price will take off....
