I expect any Board memeber of any company to act with the utmost integrity...Thats a given
I'm glad Sikiotis is gone but McKay has stepped into a role for which I don't believe he is qualified. I don't believe the rest of the Board is qualified either
whats happening now is clearly a battle for control between someone who is qualified to run our company and someone desperate to hang on to his job. And desperate people do deperate things.
Steven is not a shareholder so he has nothing to lose by taking his eye off growing the business and concentrating on staying CEO and frustrating Mal's efforts to build the company
