these guys (mckay) & co urgently need a reality check...
how can a CEO of a minnow like ZYL command a salary of $250k? he has how many, 15-20 staff under him?
the prime minister of australia only earns around $250k.
obama has capped the salarys of america's biggest banks at $500k if they take bail out money....
the small cap sector is an absolute rort for management. ceo or zyl should be paid no more than $100k. time these people come down to earth.
