I am up near Dubbo (NSW), but will do what I can to attend the next meeting of shareholders.
Incidentally I called Mal this morning, he is waiting for Zylotech to make their announcement off his request.
He encourages all shareholders to voice their "anger or happiness" (his words) he is very approachable and will post all correspondence

As for Steven finding a new network of funds, I would think they would still need to talk with Mal as he is a substantial shareholder and harmony amongst major shareholders would be expected (and a fantastic thing for all shareholders).. maybe Steven can redeem himself....
