I have it in the back of my mind that Steve's contract expires at the end of this year. I suspect it would be a huge payout to terminate.
To be honest I feel sorry for Steve, but shareholders are sick of inaction and want the company to perform. I am not impressed with the obsticles being put in Mal's path.
The man that Mal has in mind for CEO was visiting Australia and he wants to return to this country for his childrens education. Can you believe that Steve refused to meet him? Mal knows this man well and is convinced he will do an excellent job. Steve does not have shareholders interests at heart imo.
I think Mal is one very savvy man with a proven record of financial success. Lets hope he can make ZYL a cash cow just like MVSS.
