    He did not get a great deal for NWE - he got a great deal for himself and sold out.

    Before the takeover the board was going ok.
    original offer 1366:1 - not good enough
    revised offer 1300:1 with options issued 6 months earlier to directors now being eligible

    Result - sold out for no material difference.
